This phase of the project addresses interior drainage issues. The project includes a ponding area created in the proximity of the previous Centennial Forest and enhancements were made to the existing Perkett Ditch system. Construction on the project began during the summer of 2016 creating storm water solutions prior to the implementation of the Napa Valley levee system which began construction in 2018. The project was substantially completed in 2017.
