HMGP - Water Treatment Plant Flood Protection Dedication

The public is invited to join the City of Minot and federal, state and local dignitaries in dedicating the HMGP-Water Treatment Plant flood protection project on this Friday (August 11) at 10 a.m. The speeches and ribbon cutting associated with the dedication will be held at the intersection of Forest Road and 16th Street SW. This project is the step in preventing future floods from contaminating and interrupting the water supply to Minot and dozens of communities throughout north central North Dakota. Please come join us in marking the end of the 2-year project – a project that marks the beginning of many phases of enhanced flood protection in Minot and the surrounding region.
