With the completion of paving and striping in all of Roosevelt Park the traffic pattern will change back to something more familiar to Minot residents.
On Saturday, June 20th the larger traffic loop will open providing more space for vehicles and no 2-way traffic on the same roadway.
You will still enter off 8th Street SE, into the park entrance, and will follow the paved road to the south of Roosevelt Pool, into the south parking lot (close to the pickleball courts), through the paved road into the north parking lot, and exit past the pool house and on the roadway you entered and this completes the full loop. All patrons and pickleball players can use either parking lot when enjoying the park district spaces. Be alert as it is a construction zone - look for pedestrians, obey reduced speed limits, and follow signage.
