Construction Restarts in Burlington

The Souris River Joint Board and the City of Burlington are excited to continue work on phases of the Mouse River Enhanced Flood Protection Project through Burlington. Phase BU-1B began last year and is scheduled to be completed September 2021. Construction on Phase BU-1C has begun and is scheduled to be substantially complete Fall of 2022.
