Mouse River Enhanced Flood Protection Project MI-7 Roosevelt Park and Zoo Phase Meeting Scheduled

A public information meeting for the MI-7- Roosevelt Park and Zoo phase of the Mouse River Enhanced Flood Protection Project (MREFPP) has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 4. The public information meeting is sponsored by the Minot Park Board and the Souris River Joint Board and will include an open house and a formal presentation by project engineers. The presentation will provide information to neighborhood property owners and community members about the current design work taking place, the anticipated project schedule, and what the community can expect as the project progresses.

The public meeting will be held in the Community Room of the Roosevelt Park Zoo, 1219 Burdick Expressway East. The open house is scheduled from 6:30pm – 7:00pm and the formal presentation will begin at 7:00pm.
