Minot, ND - Project sponsors have signed off on the substantial completion of MREFPP Phases MI-2 and MI-3. An award of substantial completion means that the project is at a stage where it can be used by the owner to fulfill its’ intended purpose. There are still some punch list items that will be completed prior to the scheduled final completion date of October 15, 2020, at which time the project will be deemed officially complete.

Public facilities including the Dakota Bark Park, new walking path & underpass, and the recreational parking area where the old Forest Road west was located, are all now open to the public. Wee Links Golf Course will open spring 2021 in order to allow some additional grow in time for the new golf holes. All roadways are also now fully open.
